Territory Manager
Originally from Vincennes, Indiana, Fred began his career in foodservice at age 17, working as a server and bartender while attending the University of Southern Indiana. After graduating in 2001, he moved to California and transitioned into design-build sales and project management. From 2004 to 2012, he worked with East Bay Restaurant Supply and Trimark Economy Restaurant Fixtures, partnering with independent restaurateurs, multi-unit groups, and B&I foodservice contractors.
In 2012, Fred shifted into operations, joining High Flying Foods at San Francisco International Airport, and later at Oakland International Airport in 2019. These roles gave him valuable hands-on experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations and large-scale foodservice environments.
In 2025, Fred returned to the design and supply side of the industry, bringing with him a well-rounded perspective shaped by his time in both front-line operations and strategic project roles. His expertise and insight make him a strong addition to our team as we continue to deliver innovative foodservice solutions.
