We have six staffed test kitchen locations from Sacramento to Reno, plus a mobile demo kitchen named Ella that travels the territory. When you’re choosing between a blast chiller or a combi oven, we don’t hand you a spec sheet and wish you luck. We bring in your ingredients, cook your menu items, and let the food make the case.

We run customized demonstrations in our test kitchens or at your facility using Ella, our mobile demo kitchen. These aren’t generic product showcases. Six test kitchen locations are available across Sacramento, Fresno, Danville, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, and Reno.

Product Training & Education
After the sale, we train your team on installation, programming, HACCP compliance, and daily use. Our culinary team can walk kitchen staff through everything from blast chilling protocols to programming a combi oven for overnight cooking.
